We offer 4 week courses in hoop and silks

Level 1

COMPLETE BEGINNERS

At Level One you will learn all the basics, including how to warm up and cool down properly. There's lot's of aerial conditioning exercises to get you strong. And a ton of badass aerial tricks to get you feeling comfortable in the air.

Level 2

BEGINNERS

At Level Two we recap and progress on what you learnt at level One. We still focus on getting you strong. The tricks will get slightly harder, and we will broaden your repertoire. As well as open your eyes to the scope of what's possible in the air.

Level 3

INTERMEDIATES

At Level Three we lessen the time spent on conditioning and instead spend more time honing your technique. We also start sequencing tricks together so that your stamina develops as well as getting you to think about choreography.

Level 4

ADVANCED

At Level Four the tricks will be of an advanced level and we encourage you to start working on a routine so that you blossom into an aerial dancer. With opportunities to perform in our student showcases if you wish.
