During lockdown we're offering online classes that are specifically geared towards aerialists needs, to help you stay fit and strong.

YOGA 4 AERIAL

A dynamic yoga flow that targets all the right stretches for an aerialists needs, including splits, side splits and backbends. With breath work to deepen the postures. All levels welcome - modifications / progressions will be given.

POP PULL UP BAR

Using a pull up bar is the nearest thing to doing aerial since we lift full body weight. We'll also alternate with shoulder stability exercises using elastics. Pull up bar and pull up bar elastics required. (you can buy elastics on Amazon here).

CORE MANIA

A floor based conditioning class, including all our fave kick ass conditioning drills. So that you can keep up your upper body and core fitness levels and not lose your strength during lockdown!

No equipment required.

STRADDLE MOJO

This is a class designed to help 

with your straddle inverts. Basically all the necessary exercises to get your inverts looking ahhhmazing, ready for when you come back to aerial.

INVERSIONS

A fun class designed to help with inversion work such as shoulder stands, head or hand stands, forearm stand and so on. Great if you love being upside down!

ACTIVE STRETCH

A stretch class using the method of active stretching.
This is where you use your own muscle strength to actively stretch your muscles, which also in turn helps build core strength as well.

how to book

All the online classes can be booked from the timetable as usual.

 

The cost is £5 per class (so you can't use class packs to purchase since the classes are priced differently).

When you book you'll automatically be sent the Zoom link.

You will need to have Zoom installed on your computer prior to attending class.

Please make sure to be on time so that the teacher can admit you to the class. (If you're late you may not be admitted since the teacher will be running the class).

The classes are suitable for all levels and modifications / progressions will be given to suit different abilities.

Please note that a pull up bar and elastics are required for Pop Pull Up Bar, and two blocks (bricks) are required for Straddle Mojo.

 

All other classes do require equipment although a mat and 2 x blocks are useful. If you don't have blocks, books can be used as an alternative.
