If you've never done aerial before this is the best place to start.
We'll introduce you to the basics of aerial so that you can get a 'taste' of what an aerial class is all about.
Then you can decide whether it's a hoop or silks course you'd rather do, or even hop on a Kickstart Course if you feel like you need a bit of extra strength training first.
And if you're still not sure which course is right for you then our teachers can help you decide.

WHAT WILL WE DO IN CLASS?
In an aerial taster we show you the very basics.
Things like learning how to climb a silk, how to do an invert (that's the technical term for going upside down) how to get on and off a hoop and even a trick or two if there's time.
By doing this class you'll get a pretty good idea as to whether training aerial is for you or not.
